Coach Patrick started lifting weights at 13 and started rock climbing at 21. Progressing from lifting to look a certain way towards performance for his sport—he realized that looking good and feeling good can be achieved using a smart approach to training. Using a variety of exercises and training methods he makes sure that your three energy systems, planes of motion, and muscle fiber types are being used through a full range of motion. This allows you to develop strength, flexibility, and a body that looks and feels great.
