What Makes Vital Strength Different?

I’m Patrick Sullivan and I founded Vital Strength a because I was tired of seeing people wasting their time in the gym. You need a combination of two things to achieve you fitness goals—consistency and progression. After studying mathematics in college and deciding to return to fitness for my career, I employed a scientific approach. With training built on trackable and scalable metrics I have helped countless clients reach for goals they thought were impossible. These techniques have kept me consistent for 17 years of exercise so I created a fitness program that systematically progresses every 4 to 6 weeks meaning that it never gets boring and continues to deliver results. I truly believe that the hardest part of your workout should be showing up, if you can do that you might as well get something out of it.
